Prices may change after that period because of supplier increases, freight charges, labor adjustments, tax changes, revised measurements, or customer-requested upgrades. If hidden defects such as mold, damaged framing, unsafe wiring, leaks, or structural concerns are discovered after work begins, updated pricing may be required.
2. Project Authorization
No work begins until the customer approves the proposed scope and satisfies any required deposit or booking terms. Approval may be provided through signed paperwork, email confirmation, online acceptance, text message confirmation, or payment of an invoice. Once authorized, Home Future Living may reserve labor teams, project managers, specialist contractors, and material orders for your project.
3. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are commonly required for custom materials, made-to-order products, reserved schedules, or multi-stage projects. Depending on project size, milestone payments may apply during progress stages such as demolition, rough installation, finishing, or final handover. Final balances are payable according to invoice terms. Unpaid balances may delay completion items, future bookings, or warranty support.
4. Scope Changes
If the customer requests changes after approval, including upgraded materials, extra rooms, added fixtures, relocated services, or revised design details, Home Future Living may issue a written variation or updated estimate. Such changes may affect project cost, labor scheduling, and completion timelines.
5. Property Access
Customers agree to provide safe and practical access to the property during scheduled service hours. Locked premises, unavailable utilities, blocked work areas, absent decision-makers, dangerous pets, or unsafe site conditions may result in delays or rescheduling charges where appropriate.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Unless specifically included in writing, customers are responsible for removing valuables, securing confidential items, protecting delicate belongings, arranging permits or community approvals, and ensuring children or pets remain clear of active work areas. Prompt decisions on selections and approvals help avoid delays.
7. Materials & Variations
Wood, tile, marble, stone, fabrics, metals, paint, and natural products may vary in tone, grain, texture, veining, or finish from samples or digital previews. Home Future Living is not responsible for ordinary manufacturing or natural variation. If selected materials become unavailable, equivalent alternatives may be proposed.
8. Our Guarantee
Home Future Living guarantees the quality of its direct workmanship for the service-specific warranty period communicated to the customer. This generally covers defects caused directly by installation or labor under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, structural movement, pest activity, flooding, fire, weather events, or modifications performed by third parties.
9. Manufacturer Warranties
Appliances, smart devices, lighting, hardware, flooring systems, and branded products may include separate manufacturer warranties. Such warranties are governed solely by the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, and claim procedures.
10. Delays Beyond Control
Home Future Living is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transport disruption, supplier shortages, illness, emergency events, labor shortages, permit delays, utility outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Project schedules may be revised fairly when these events occur.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Future Living’s liability for any claim relating to services or products is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as inconvenience, lost profits, temporary accommodation, or delays where legally excluded.
